Run validation report

On the Validation Report page you can generate a report showing the data validation rules that were executed for a selected consolidation period.

To access the Validation Report page, click Configuration > System Structures > Validation Rules > Validation Report.

Generate a validation report

1. In the Period field, if the default consolidation period is what you want, leave as is. To change the default period, click and search for another one.

2. In the Ref Periodfield, if the default reference consolidation on period is what you want, leave as is. To change the default period, click and search for another one.

3. In the File type field, select the output file type. Options include PDF, XLS, and XLSX.

4. Click to generate the report. After the report is generated, a download link appears below for you to click and view it in the file type selected.
