General ledger (flow) – company contribution report

The General Ledger (Flow) - Company Contribution page displays a list of all the companies that contribute to the combination of Account and Flow selected on the General Ledger (Flows) page. When you navigate to the General Ledger (Flows) page, you have the ability to select a specific Account and Flow combination for analysis. After you have made the selection, you can access this page, the General Ledger (Flow) - Company Contribution page, to see the participating companies related to that particular combination. The purpose of this page is to provide an overview of the companies that have transactions or activities associated with the selected Account and Flow. It allows you to understand which entities within your organization are involved in generating the specific flow related to the chosen account.

To access this page, select a row of Flow information on the General Ledger (Flow) page and click .

On this page, you will find the following:

• The Account and Flow information displayed on top of the page (cannot be edited).

• A list of all the companies that contribute to the selected account and flow combination above.

• button (activated when you click on a company on the list). Clicking this button opens the General Ledger Flow Audit Trail page showing the flows for the selected company and account.

• button - clicking this button returns you to the General Ledger (Flows) page
