General ledger (flow) – audit trail

The General Ledger (Flow) - Audit Trail page displays a comprehensive record of all the flows that contribute to the selected Company and Account combination as chosen on the General Ledger (Flow) – Company Contribution page. When you navigate to the General Ledger (Flow) - Company Contribution page, you have the ability to select a specific Company and Account combination for analysis. Once you have made the selection, you can access this page, the General Ledger (Flow) - Audit Trail page to view a detailed log of all the flows that impact the chosen combination.

To access this page, select a row of Flow information on the General Ledger (Flow) – Company Contribution page and click .

On this page, you will find the following:

• The Company and Account shown on top of this page.

• The consolidated account balance of the previous consolidation period and the current consolidation period, along with the various consolidated financial flows which explain the variations between the two periods.

• Any unexplained flow in the Unexplained Difference field.

• button (activated when you click on a flow on the list). Clicking this button opens the Audit Trail Manual Input page

• button - clicking this button returns you to the General Ledger (Flow) – Company Contribution page.
