General ledger (flow) report

The General Ledger Flow report offers a convenient means to examine the flows associated with a specific account, either at the consolidated or group level. This report allows you to observe all the transactions or movements that have been used to clarify the changes occurring between the opening and closing periods. It provides a comprehensive account of the variations that have taken place within the specified timeframe.

To access the General Ledger Flow report (drill-down analysis) page, click Reports > Drill-Down Analysis > General Ledger (Flow).

Generate a general ledger flow report

  1. In the Account field, enter an account code or click to find one.

  2. Click . The system displays the consolidated account balances of the previous consolidation period and the current consolidation period, as well as the various consolidated financial flows which explain the variations between the two periods. The flow details are displayed in the following columns:

    • Flow - Flow code

    • Flow Description - description of the flow

    • Amount - Amount

    • Curr - Currency in which the amount is expressed

       Note:  Any unexplained flow is displayed in the Unexplained Difference field.

  3. On the list, click on a flow. The and links are activated.
