Duplicate consolidation periods

The Duplicate Periods page offers a convenient feature that allows you to select a consolidation period from a list of available periods and duplicate it effortlessly. This functionality enables you to quickly create a duplicate copy of a chosen consolidation period, saving you time and effort in recreating similar periods

To access the Duplicate Periods page, click Configuration > Periods Management > Duplicate Periods.

The left-side panel displays a list of all available consolidation periods.

• You can filter the consolidation periods that are shown in the list by using the Code filter or the Description filter on the top of the list.

The right-side panel contains the parameters that define a selected period.

• When you click a consolidation period on the left side of the page, the main parameters are displayed on right side of the page. This display is for information purpose only and you cannot modify the parameters.

  Duplicate a consolidation period

1. On the left-side panel, select the consolidation period you want to duplicate. The details of the selected period are displayed on the right-side panel.

2. Click and then, click to confirm your action.
   A duplicate of the new consolidation period is created and listed on the left-side panel. A new version (sequence code) is assigned automatically to the duplicated period. All other parameters remain unchanged.
