General ledger (account) – contributions

The General Ledger (Account) - Contributions page provides information about all the companies that contribute to the selected account displayed on the General Ledger (Account) page. At the top of the Contributions page, you can find details about the selected account, such as its name or number. Additionally, you will see the total amount in the group currency for the current Consolidation Period and the reference Consolidation Period. The purpose of the Contributions page is to provide a consolidated view of how different companies participate in the selected account. It allows you to analyze the contributions made by various entities within the organization towards that particular account.

To access this page, on the General Ledger (Account) page, click in the Navigation box.

This page displays the breakdown of the selected account per company. The list contains the following columns:

  • The Company Code and Name.

  • The Amount for the Current and the Reference Consolidation Periods.

  • The Currency.
