What’s new

Ability to expand and collapse all fields on the Pivot report page

On the Pivot reports page, users can now expand or collapse all selected dimensions by right-clicking in the table to display the Right click menu and doing one of the following:

• To see all the dimensions, click Expand All

• To collapse the expanded list, click Collapse All

  

Ability to reset password

Users can now reset their forgotten passwords. To do so, users click the link on the Login page to access the Forget password? page.

On the Forget password? page, users enter their Username or Email address to request a password reset. Instructions to reset password are sent to the email address provided or associated with the username provided. For detailed instructions, see Getting started.

Enhancements

Scrolling enabled on data entry pages

On the Bundle Data Entry Standard and Multi-Period pages users can now view all records on a single page. Prior to this release, only ten records were presented per page and users navigated the records using the previous and next buttons. With this release, pagination has been removed and users can see all records on one page, and able scroll up and down.

Improved readability of content in read-only fields

We made a color adjustment to make the content in read-only and unavailable fields easier to read.

Adjustment to width of input fields

Width of input fields have been increased to make users’ input completely visible.

Resolved issues

The following are the issues we resolved in this release:

March	149942	Transfers	On the Import Data page, users were unable to import a new file after selecting a company.
March	151165	Data Entry	After entering data on the Bundle Data Entry Standard form, users were not able to save their input.
March	151254, 151365, 151488, 151489	Group - Exchange Rates	In situations where one period was created based on the other, deleting exchange rates in one period also deleted the same exchange rates in the other period.
March	151339	Configuration - Analytical Dimensions	On the Dimension Groups page, the Available and Selected labels for the grids were transposed.
March	151341	Data Entry	On the Adjustments Manual Input and View pages, the and buttons did not display an input page or a new row as expected. The buttons were either very slow to respond or did not work at all.
March	151342	Configuration - Analytical Dimensions	Tables that had more rows than could fit on a page were split and continued on the next page with their headers missing.
March	151343	Configuration - System Structures	In the General Ledger, number format in tables did not reflect user’s Culture Info setting. Amounts did not contain commas to split the digits. Issue occurred on these pages: General Ledger (Accounts) - Contributions, General Ledger (Accounts) - Local Amounts, General Ledger (Flow), and General Ledger (Flow) - Company Contribution.
March	151346	Automation -Jobs	Errors occurred while processing Cleanup jobs.
March	151353	Reports - Pivot Reports	No option to expand all selected dimensions on the Run Reports screen.
March	151365	Consolidation	On the Intercompany Matching page, journal correction made with was not saved in the database.
March	151421, 151727	Data Entry	When users navigated away from a page after making some selections and then, returned to that page using the button, they lost the options they had previously selected on the page.
March	151422	Group	Periods defined as inactive,, on the Define Periods page were listed on the User Settings page for a user to choose.
March	151434	Transfers	Data entered in the input fields of the Parameters tab of the Define File Structure page was not completely visible.
March	151575	Reports	Intercompany Reconciliation report generated using “with any other company” option was empty when downloaded.
