Audit trail analysis reports

On the Analysis Reports Audit Trail page, you have the capability to generate multiple analysis reports or Pivot Table Reports specifically designed for auditing the consolidated data. These reports provide valuable insights and facilitate thorough examination and analysis of the financial information.

To access the Analysis Reports Audit Trail page, click Reports > Analysis Reports > Audit Trail.

Generate an audit trail report

1. In the Journal Summation field, select a journal view to use for generating the report.

2. From the list of Reports, select the report you want to generate.

   To see a sample of the report you selected, click this icon for that report. The sample is only a representation and does not reflect the data in your database.

3. Click to generate the selected report.

Types of reports

• Audit trail by company with POV: This report includes local data and data adjusted across social, adjustment, and elimination levels. It also provides details on the first five points of view created within the application.
