Download consolidation bundles

On the Download Bundles page, you have the option to use pre-existing bundle templates to generate consolidation bundles for companies. These bundle templates are designed to facilitate the consolidation process by grouping together the necessary financial data from multiple companies for reporting or analysis purposes. By selecting an appropriate bundle template, you can streamline the consolidation process and ensure that the required information is consolidated accurately and efficiently.

To access the Download Bundles page, click Data Entry > Bundle Transfers > Download Bundles.

The left-side panel displays a list of every available consolidation bundle template and their Code.

The right-side panel displays the details of the selected consolidation bundle template. It also includes the type of information that you can use to generate a new bundle.

  • Code - code of the selected consolidation bundle template.

  • Description - description of the selected template.

  • Template - name of the selected template.

  • Target Period - target consolidation period.

  • Reference Period - reference consolidation period that was used in generating the selected template.

  • Companies - Code and Name of the company whose consolidation bundles you want to generate.

  • Below the Companies field are different types of data that you can include in the consolidation bundles— Balance Amounts, Partners, Dimensions, etc.

Generate bundles

  1. On the left-side panel, select the Bundle template that you want to use.

  2. Select the Companies whose consolidation bundles you want to generate. You can select only one company or several companies.

  3. Below Companies, Select the type of information that you want to include in the consolidation bundles.

     Tip:  To select all, click .

  4. Click . A message informing you of the progress of the download appears.

    After the Excel consolidation bundles are successfully created, a hyperlink for each company you selected is displayed.

  5. Click the hyperlink to open the consolidation bundles.

  6. Save the consolidation bundles to your local disk or on a network disk.
