Download consolidation bundles

The Download Bundles page lets you generate consolidation bundles for one or more companies using a pre-configured bundle template.

To access the Download Bundles page, click Data Entry > Bundle Transfers > Download Bundles tab.

Generate bundles

1. In the Offline Publications field, search for and select the bundle template you want to use.

   The Template, Target Period, and Reference Period fields populate automatically based on the selected publication.

2. In the Companies panel, select one or more companies to include in the bundle.

3. Under Generate options, select the data types to include in the bundles.

   To include all types, click .

4. To package all generated files into a single zip file, select Gather all generated files into one single zip file. Leave clear to generate individual files for each.

5. Click Generate. A progress message appears while the bundles are created.

   Once complete, a hyperlink appears for each selected company. Click the hyperlink to open the bundle.

6. Save the bundles to your local or network drive.
