Minority or equity report

The Minority Report page assists you in configuring the column within the 3rd Parties Interest Analysis report where each flow of the specific account will be displayed. This allows for the presentation of the evolution of the 3rd Parties Interest / Minority account per company, based on the different type of changes (chosen from the Column Number drop-down list) between the Last Period and This Period amounts. These change types serve as groupings for all the flows within the report.

The Equity Report page assists you in configuring the column within the ‘Equity Method Value Analysis where each flow of the specific account will be displayed. This allows for the presentation of the evolution of the Equity Method value per company based on the different type of changes (chosen from the Column Number drop-down list) between the Last Period and This Period amounts.

Define a minority report

To access the Minority Report page, on the Reports > Consolidation Reports > Consolidation Reports-Summary page, select the 3rd Parties interests option and click Define report.

Before starting this procedure, ensure that you have selected a Reference Period.

  1. On the Consolidation Report- Summary page, select .

  2. Click .

  3. On the Minority Report page, for each flow type you want on the report, from the Column number drop-down, choose a change type from the different types available. The type you select determines where each flow will be displayed.

  4. Click .

  5. Click to return to the Consolidation Report- Summary page.

     Note:  Ensure that is still selected. If not, select it.

  6. Click to generate the report. After the report is generated, a download link appears below for you to click and view it in the file type selected.. The 3rd Parties Interest Analysis - Summary report is displayed with each flow displayed in the column chosen in the Column number drop-down.

Define an equity report

To access the Equity Report page, on the Reports > Consolidation Reports > Consolidation Reports - Summary page, select the Equity value of participations option and click Define report.

  1. On the Consolidation Report - Summary page, select the relevant Reference Period.

  2. Select .

  3. Click .

  4. On the Equity Report page, for each flow type you want on the report, from the Column number drop-down, choose a change type from the different types available. The type you select determines where each flow will be displayed.

  5. Click .

  6. Click to return to the Consolidation Report- Summary page.

     Note:  Ensure that is still selected. If not, select it.

  7. Click to generate the report. After the report is generated, a download link appears below for you to click and view it in the file type selected.. The Equity Value Analysis - Summary report is displayed with each flow displayed in the column chosen in the Column number drop-down.
