License management
The License management page presents an overview of your application including the details of your license, maximum number of companies and maximum number of users permitted, paths to your shared directory, and provides the avenue for the administrator to update the license.
To access the License management page, click
Administration > License management.
Licenses are groped by user roles:

Administrators
-
Consolidators
-
End users
-
Auditors
The license type a user "consumes" depends on the function(s) the user is assigned (always through the roles the user is assigned to).
If you are logged in as an administrator, the Update License field is enabled and you can use 
to browse to the location where you saved the license file and update the license file .
If you are logged in as a customer-independent administrator, the Update script screen link is enabled, allowing you to download and apply update files provided by Prophix.
