Job overview

On the Job Overview page, you have the capability to monitor jobs that were executed within a specified time period. This page provides a comprehensive overview of the executed jobs, allowing you to track their progress, status, and any associated information for the selected timeframe.

To access the Job Overview page, click Automation > Jobs > Job Overview.

 Note:  If there are no jobs displayed, use the Scheduled field to filter for jobs that meet the criteria you specify in the field.

Job details are presented as follows:

  • Job - name of the job.

  • Login - login ID of the selected user.

  • Action - shows whether the job is running or pending.

  • Scheduled date - date and time the job was scheduled to run.

  • Started date - date and time of day when the job was executed.

  • Ended date - date and time of day when the job was completed.

  • Status - indicates the progress of the job:

    • - indicates that the job has run without problems and a generated file is available for download. Click on the icon to download the file.
    • - indicates errors while running the job. Click on the icon to see the error details.

    • - indicates warnings on the job. Click on the icon to see the warning details.

     Note:  The first column contains checkboxes that you can use to select one or more jobs and perform additional actions on the selected jobs.

You have the options perform the following actions on selected jobs:

  • - Stops the jobs you select from running.

  • - Re-runs the jobs you select.
