Data maintenance
The Data Maintenance page provides an avenue for administrators to completely delete companies and all associated data from the application.
To access the Data Maintenance page, click Administration > Data Maintenance.
Role security for this page:

Administrator: Read and Write permissions granted

Consolidator: No permissions

End user: No permissions

Auditor: No permissions
Delete a company

Click
Administration > Data Maintenance.

On the Data Maintenance page, select the company or companies you want to delete.
Note: The list of companies will only display those companies to which you have been granted access and those not closed (status is not Confirmed).

Click
to remove the selected companies. A warning is displayed.

Confirm your action.
If Delete is selected, the companies selected are removed for the current period only. The job will be displayed on the system log page with information including the Companies, Period, and the User.

If the period is locked: “Error: The current period is locked and cannot be modified. Please unlock the period before proceeding.”

If the period is inactive: “Error: The current period is inactive. Activate the period to proceed with this operation.”
